Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates, packed firmly
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • to taste none sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine dates, tahini, and maple syrup in a food processor.
  2. Add almond flour and a pinch of sea salt, then blend again, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. If necessary, add a few sprinkles of water to ensure everything is fully combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a pan and place it in the freezer for at least two hours.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
