Instructions
- Combine dates, tahini, and maple syrup in a food processor.
- Add almond flour and a pinch of sea salt, then blend again, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If necessary, add a few sprinkles of water to ensure everything is fully combined.
- Spread the mixture into a pan and place it in the freezer for at least two hours.
- Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
