Ingredients

The pasta

  • 16 oz Whole grain rotini

The meat

  • 1 lb Turkey meatballs

The vegetables

  • 4 cups Broccoli, chopped

The sauce

  • 32 oz Jarred tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Water

The cheese

  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Add uncooked rotini pasta to a large casserole dish.
  3. Top the pasta with thawed meatballs, chopped broccoli, and tomato sauce.
  4. Add 2 cups of water to the casserole dish and gently mix the ingredients.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and uncover the dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
