Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheeses, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, and seasonings, mixing well.
- Use a cookie scoop to form about 15 to 16 large meatballs and arrange them on a baking dish.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
- Arrange the cooked meatballs in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, add scoops of ricotta cheese, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, top with fresh basil, and serve.
