Walnut Oat Bars with Dates

Instructions
- Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the lined dish and press it evenly into a square.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and place on a cutting board.
- Cut into 12 bars.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or bag.
