No Bake Fudge Cookies

The cookie dough

coconut flour
The coating
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Nutella, maple syrup, and coconut flour until smooth.
- Form small balls of cookie dough and press them into cookie shapes on the lined tray.
- Freeze the cookies for at least 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and dip each cookie in the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate the cookies until the chocolate coating is firm.
