Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • 2 cups healthy Nutella
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup coconut flour

The coating

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Nutella, maple syrup, and coconut flour until smooth.
  3. Form small balls of cookie dough and press them into cookie shapes on the lined tray.
  4. Freeze the cookies for at least 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and dip each cookie in the melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate the cookies until the chocolate coating is firm.
