Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (171°C).
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, chia seeds, coconut sugar, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In a small saucepan, warm coconut oil and maple syrup until melted and combined.
- Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 17-24 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let the granola cool completely and then add chocolate if desired.
- Store in an airtight container for a few weeks or freeze for up to 1 month.
