Gluten Free Chinese Lo Mein

White Mushrooms, sliced

Carrots, thinly sliced

yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
The sauce

cup
Tamari
-

tbsp.
Sesame oil

tbsp.
honey

cloves
garlic, minced

to taste
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Mix together the Tamari, Sesame Oil, honey, and garlic; set aside.
- 2. Cook the pasta according to package directions, rinsing with cold water when done.
- 3. Heat a little avocado oil in a cast iron pan or wok, then add the mushrooms and cook until browned.
- 4. Remove the mushrooms and add the onion, peppers, carrots, and snow peas; stir fry until crisp-tender.
- 5. Return the mushrooms to the pan, add the noodles and sauce mixture, and toss off the heat.
- 6. Serve with sesame seeds, scallions, and optional sauces.
