Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and a cooling rack on top.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients until well combined.
- Taste the marinade and adjust flavors as desired.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the cooling rack or directly on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, checking for doneness and crispiness every 5 minutes after the first 15 minutes.
- Once baked to your liking, remove from the oven and enjoy immediately with your favorite dishes.
