Paleo Chocolate Frosting

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan over very low heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate the frosting for 15-30 minutes to thicken.
- Whip the frosting with a hand blender until thick and fluffy.
- Frost over Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes and serve.
