Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan over very low heat.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Refrigerate the frosting for 15-30 minutes to thicken.
  4. Whip the frosting with a hand blender until thick and fluffy.
  5. Frost over Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes and serve.
