Paleo Peppermint Frosting

Instructions
- Combine egg yolks and palm shortening in a food processor.
- Process for 3 minutes until fluffy.
- Pulse in honey until well combined.
- Add peppermint extract and food coloring, pulse to mix.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Spread over cupcakes or cookies.
