Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with coconut oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, dried onion, and salt.
- Spread the chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Allow the chickpeas to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
