Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring coconut milk to a simmer.
- 2. Add coconut sugar to the saucepan.
- 3. Simmer for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces by about half.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar.
- 5. Allow to cool completely before storing.
