  • 28 oz full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup light colored coconut sugar or maple sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring coconut milk to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add coconut sugar to the saucepan.
  3. 3. Simmer for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces by about half.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar.
  5. 5. Allow to cool completely before storing.
