Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
  • 1 piece jalapeño
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, tomatoes, chipotle chilies, jalapeño, and garlic using a food processor.
  2. Place all the diced ingredients along with lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
