Ingredients

The pudding

  • tsp ground cloves
  • tsp all spice
  • tsp nutmeg
  • pinch sea salt

Optional toppings

  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • Raw honey
  • Nut butter
  • Fresh or frozen berries
  • Banana slices

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Let the mixture settle, then mix again until chia seeds expand.
  3. You can eat immediately or refrigerate to firm up.
