Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, non-dairy milk, sea salt, collagen, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until the chia seeds begin to expand and the mixture thickens.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add the berries and cook until they break down into a sauce-like consistency.
- Layer the berry mixture and chia pudding in a jar, adding any additional toppings if desired.
- Cover and store in the fridge. Enjoy cold or heat for about 30 seconds before eating.
