Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bites

Instructions
- Cut the crusts off the pumpernickel bread and cut it into 1" squares.
- In a bowl, combine the finely chopped salmon and cream cheese, mashing them together until fully combined.
- Add garlic powder and 2 tsp of chopped chives, mashing again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into a plastic bag, snipping off a corner to pipe it out.
- Pipe the salmon and cream cheese mixture onto the pumpernickel squares.
- Garnish with finely chopped chives.
