Instructions
- Cook lentils by rinsing and boiling them until tender, then drain excess water.
- Toast walnuts in the oven until golden and fragrant.
- Sauté onion and bell peppers in oil until translucent.
- In a food processor, combine cooked lentils and toasted walnuts, pulse until chopped, then mix in spices, oil, and water.
