Ingredients

  • 6 cups Spring Mix Lettuce
  • 1 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Yellow Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, whole or halved
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them as indicated.
  2. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the salad to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
