Ingredients

  • ½ cup ghee or coconut oil
  • ½ cup Lily’s stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
  • cup Dietz Sweet
  • 4 large pastured eggs
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 7-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the ghee or coconut oil and chocolate chips in a double boiler, whisking until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetener, eggs, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Combine the melted fat and chocolate with the sweetener-egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan.
  7. Bake for 32 to 35 minutes until the top forms a dome and pulls away from the sides.
  8. Let cool on a rack, then remove from the pan and serve.
