Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 7-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Melt the ghee or coconut oil and chocolate chips in a double boiler, whisking until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetener, eggs, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Combine the melted fat and chocolate with the sweetener-egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 32 to 35 minutes until the top forms a dome and pulls away from the sides.
- Let cool on a rack, then remove from the pan and serve.
