  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk (plain, extra creamy)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Add vegetable broth and oat milk, increase heat to high until simmering, then lower heat and cook until thickened, stirring often.
