Healthy Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole

Instructions
- Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water until very soft, about 20-25 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 3-quart baking dish.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pan or a mixing bowl.
- Add oat milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon to the sweet potatoes and mash until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and smooth the top.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, pecans, salt, and nutmeg for the topping.
- Stir in melted butter until the mixture clumps together, then sprinkle it over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is crisp and golden brown.
