One-Pot Spicy Dirty Rice with Chicken and Sausage

Instructions
- Mix seasoning ingredients to form a paste and rub it over the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a Dutch oven, heat oil and brown the sausage, then set aside.
- Add more oil, sear the chicken on both sides, then remove from the pot.
- Reduce heat, sauté onions, celery, and jalapeno, scraping up brown bits.
- Add remaining seasoning, rice, and broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Return sausage and chicken to the pot, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until rice is done.
- Slice chicken before serving.
