Instructions
- 1. Combine the spices in a small dish to create a Cajun spice mix and coat the chicken pieces with it.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned.
- 3. Add the sausage and onion, cooking until the onion is softened.
- 4. Stir in the broth, fire-roasted tomatoes, and pasta, then cover and bring to a boil.
- 5. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer uncovered until the pasta is cooked and the liquid thickens.
- 6. Stir in the cream cheese until melted, then let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
