Creamy Cajun Pasta with Peppers and Smoked Sausage

Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage until browned.
- 2. Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers, cooking until the peppers are tender-crisp.
- 3. Remove sausage and peppers from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, add tomatoes and water, bring to a boil, then add pasta and cover, cooking until al dente.
- 5. Blend milk, cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and flour until smooth.
- 6. In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- 7. Add the blended mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened.
- 8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 9. Combine sausage and peppers with the pasta and sauce, mixing well before serving.
