Lime Shrimp Dragon Noodles

Ingredients

  • ½ lb frozen peeled & deveined shrimp (51/70 size)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (3 oz. each)
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 whole lime
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 whole green onions
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Thaw the shrimp by rinsing them in cool water and let them drain.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  3. Boil water in a medium pot and cook the ramen noodles until tender, then drain.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in butter in a large skillet until soft.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Combine the drained noodles with the shrimp in the skillet and pour the sauce over them.
  7. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges before serving.
