Ingredients

Dragon Sauce

  • ¼ cup chili garlic sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Pork and Noodles

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 3oz packages ramen noodles
  • 3 pieces green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl to make the dragon sauce.
  2. Cook ground pork in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the dragon sauce and chopped peanuts to the skillet with the pork and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Boil water and cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  5. Combine the drained noodles with the pork and peanut mixture in the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Top with sliced green onions and serve.
