Instructions
- Prepare a large round dinner plate.
- Wash and cut the celery into 2-inch sticks and arrange them around the plate.
- Cut the bottom off one bell pepper for decoration and slice the rest into strips, placing them around the plate.
- Arrange the baby carrots around the plate, reserving three for the turkey legs and beak.
- Fill the center of the plate with cucumber slices.
- Place the guacamole in a small bowl at the bottom of the plate.
- Position the bottom piece of the bell pepper upside down on the guacamole and cut the baby carrots for legs and a beak.
