Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 head celery
  • 1 16-ounce bag baby carrots
  • 2 pieces red bell peppers
  • 1 piece cucumber, sliced

Dip

  • 1 8-ounce container prepared guacamole

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large round dinner plate.
  2. Wash and cut the celery into 2-inch sticks and arrange them around the plate.
  3. Cut the bottom off one bell pepper for decoration and slice the rest into strips, placing them around the plate.
  4. Arrange the baby carrots around the plate, reserving three for the turkey legs and beak.
  5. Fill the center of the plate with cucumber slices.
  6. Place the guacamole in a small bowl at the bottom of the plate.
  7. Position the bottom piece of the bell pepper upside down on the guacamole and cut the baby carrots for legs and a beak.
