The salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Place the diced turkey in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and toss gently to coat.
