Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed turkey
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup diced honeycrisp apple
  • 2 teaspoons diced tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss to mix everything together and coat.
  3. Serve as is, on a bed of lettuce, or on bread.
