Ingredients

  • 2 lb cooked turkey meat (dark and light), chopped
  • 2 cups diced apple
  • cups pecan halves, chopped
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • ½ cup naturally-sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3 large stalks celery
  • 3 large green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gently mix with a silicone spatula until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 4 hours to enhance flavors.
