The dressing

Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- For the dressing, mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl, jar, or blender until combined.
- Pour half of the dressing over the salad and toss.
- Add more dressing if desired, reserving some if the salad will be refrigerated before serving.
