Classic Italian Pasta Salad

The Italian Dressing
-

cloves
garlic, minced

dijon mustard

cup
red wine vinegar

cup
olive oil

Instructions
- Make the dressing by whisking together minced garlic, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking until the dressing is emulsified. Set aside.
- Cook the pasta to al dente according to package instructions, then drain and let cool for 5-10 minutes in a large bowl.
- Once cooled, add salami, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, mozzarella balls, pepperoncini, parsley, and basil to the pasta.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently toss all ingredients together.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
