cooked, shredded chicken

fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

slivered or sliced almonds, toasted

black and/or white sesame seeds for garnish
The Dressing

unseasoned rice vinegar

toasted sesame oil

coconut aminos

avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, sugar snap peas, green onions, and cooked chicken in a large bowl and toss well.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk or shake together all of the dressing ingredients until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
- Gently stir in the orange segments, cilantro, and toasted almonds. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
