Halloween Jello Brain

The gelatin mixture

Fat Free Evaporated Milk
The mold
Instructions
- Wash the brain mold in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly if it's new.
- Spray the inside of the brain mold with cooking spray and stabilize it in a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the mixture and stir.
- Pour in the fat-free evaporated milk and stir well.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the brain mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 2 hours.
- To release the Jello brain from the mold, gently shake it to loosen, then invert onto a plate.
