Instructions
- Prepare the blue cheese dressing and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, butter, salt, and pepper to form the burger mixture.
- Cook the bacon in the microwave or oven for the salad.
- Heat a cast iron pan, coat with butter, and place a handful of the burger mixture in the pan, smashing it to create crispy edges.
- Flip the burger after a minute and add blue cheese on top.
- Slice the iceberg lettuce into quarters and place on a plate.
- Layer the blue cheese dressing, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and the smash burger on the wedge salad.
- Secure the smash burger to the wedge with a steak knife if desired.
