Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Slice chicken into strips and marinate.
- Chop onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
- Grease a sheet pan and spread veggies on it.
- Nestle chicken pieces among the veggies.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare lettuce leaves for serving.
