Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Toss the chicken and vegetables in the marinade until well coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetables on a sheet pan, using a wire rack if available.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the avocado crema by blending avocado, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Serve the chicken fajitas with the avocado crema.
