Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

The chicken and marinade

bell peppers (one each green, red, and yellow), cut into strips

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and place in a shallow dish.
- Whisk together lime juice, avocado oil, garlic, and Southwestern seasoning in a small bowl, reserving 3 tablespoons of the marinade.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place a sheet pan inside.
- Remove the hot sheet pan and arrange the marinated chicken, onions, and peppers on it.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade halfway through.
