Instructions
- 1. Warm the coconut milk, maple syrup, raw cacao powder, vanilla, and sea salt in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking to combine.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk the warm water and gelatin together until fully combined.
- 3. Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan and whisk again.
- 4. Pour the mixture into small glass jars or ramekins.
- 5. Cover and refrigerate for several hours until set.
