Instructions
- Melt ghee in a large stockpot over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion, celery, garlic, and spices; cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add chicken stock, water, diced tomatoes, dill pickles, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve immediately, garnished with cheese if desired.
