Crispy Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Butter both sides of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer the cheeses on one slice of bread, starting with Havarti, then Gouda, and cheddar, and sprinkle parmesan on top.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
