Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, coconut flakes, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and then stir in the nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Wet your hands and roll the dough into balls, then flatten them slightly on the baking sheet.
- Add more chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until fully baked.
