Instructions
- Chop the fresh parsley and add it to a food processor along with all other chimichurri sauce ingredients, then pulse until combined.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a cast iron grill to high heat and add butter to the pan.
- Grill the steak for 2 minutes on each side, then allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak to the desired thickness and top with chimichurri sauce. Serve immediately.
