Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

The filling

Instructions
- Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter with the sugars, then add the egg and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Roll the dough into balls, place a Rolo inside each, and cover with more dough.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
