Instructions
- Brown the butter and let it cool.
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet until browned.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and adjust the racks.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
- Blend the brown butter and sugars until combined.
- Add the egg, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla to the mixture.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the dough.
- Fold in the caramel chips and toasted pecans.
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.
