Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
- Broil ¾ cup of mini marshmallows on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes until slightly toasted, watching closely.
- Let the toasted marshmallows cool and then remove them from the baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream, chopped chocolate, chopped graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows until well combined.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth it out.
- Freeze the pie for about 3 hours or until solid.
- Before serving, top the pie with remaining mini marshmallows and toast them with a culinary torch.
- Cut the pie into slices and serve.
