Ingredients

Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  • cups Annie's Honey Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Ice Cream Pie Filling

  • ¾ cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate bars
  • ½ cup chopped Annie's Honey Graham Crackers

Toasted Marshmallow Topping

  • cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Let the crust cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Broil ¾ cup of mini marshmallows on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes until slightly toasted, watching closely.
  6. Let the toasted marshmallows cool and then remove them from the baking sheet.
  7. In a large bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream, chopped chocolate, chopped graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows until well combined.
  8. Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth it out.
  9. Freeze the pie for about 3 hours or until solid.
  10. Before serving, top the pie with remaining mini marshmallows and toast them with a culinary torch.
  11. Cut the pie into slices and serve.
