Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into a greased 9-inch pie plate and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, whisk together cream and milk, warming over medium-low heat.
- Add chocolate to the warm mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
- Slowly incorporate vanilla and whisked eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the baked crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Cut marshmallows in half and arrange them over the pie.
- Broil the pie until the marshmallows are golden, watching closely to avoid burning.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or serve warm, optionally drizzling with chocolate sauce.
