Super Easy S'Mores Chocolate Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie plate or tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and let it cool completely.
- For the filling, heat cream until steaming and pour over chocolate, letting it sit for 1-2 minutes before stirring until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and salt, then pour the ganache into the cooled crust and chill for at least an hour.
- Preheat the oven broiler and cover the pie with cut marshmallows, cut side down.
- Broil until marshmallows puff and turn golden, about 1 minute, watching closely.
- Let the pie rest at room temperature or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set.
- Slice with a hot knife and serve.
