Instructions
- Beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.
- Add hot fudge sauce and mix.
- Toast the marshmallows under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until golden, then allow to cool slightly.
- Quickly mix ¾ of the toasted marshmallows into the cheesecake filling.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and top with remaining marshmallows.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips on top.
- Cover and freeze for 2.5-3 hours.
- Before serving, let the cheesecake sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes and cut with a hot knife.
