Quinoa Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, almonds, honey, coconut oil, salt, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle shaved coconut over the granola and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool, then stir in the dried fruit.
